Straight answers to the questions families ask us most about senior companionship and everyday assistance in the Phoenix area.

What does VIP Holistic Care Solutions do?

We provide companionship, everyday assistance, social engagement and personalized support that help seniors live independently, stay connected and thrive at home across the Phoenix metropolitan area.

Who is companion care for?

Companion care is for older adults who want company, conversation and a helping hand with daily life, and for families who want to know their loved one is supported and not alone.

Is companion care medical care?

No. Companion care focuses on companionship, everyday assistance and social engagement. Medical needs such as nursing, wound care or therapy are provided by licensed health care professionals, and we are glad to work alongside them.

What areas do you serve?

We serve seniors and families throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area in Arizona. Contact us to confirm availability in your neighborhood.

How is care personalized?

We start by learning about your loved one: their history, interests, routines and goals. We then build a plan with you and adjust it as needs and preferences change.

Can family members stay involved?

Yes. Families are partners in care. We agree on how and how often you would like updates, and we welcome your input at any time.

How much does companion care cost?

Our standard non-medical services are $35 per hour, with a minimum booking of 3 hours per visit ($105). The initial consultation is complimentary. Transportation is not included. Client purchases and approved third-party expenses are charged separately. View pricing and full details.

Does Medicare pay for companion care?

Generally no. Medicare.gov states that Medicare does not pay for homemaker services or custodial care when that is the only care a person needs. Some long-term care insurance policies or other programs may help, so check your policy or ask us about payment options.

How do we get started?

Start with a conversation. We learn about your loved one, their routines and what matters to them, then build a personalized plan together with your family.

Let's talk about the support your loved one deserves.

Tell us about your family, and we will create a plan built around the person, not a checklist.
